NEW INTRODUCTION TO THE
SCIENTIFIC PROOF OF
GOD
(SPOG)
This introduction is written for lay readers
who have very little scientific background.
It is designed to simply tell someone what
the SPOG is without going into the scientific
details of how it is proved.
We start with an observation that is common
to us all, the appearance of other people. All
of us when we are young children notice that all
people look different. There are no two people
who look exactly alike. Our first natural
presumption, is that people are simply born that
way. Later, we are told that it is "genetic"
and this is why everybody looks different. Our
second presumption is that it is the way people
look that determines the way they behave. The
world treats different looking people differently,
and each person naturally responds to he way he
is treated by the world. All of this is the
natural deduction of most people long before
they ever reach adulthood. No mystery, no problem,
everybody simply accepts this as the way Life and
the World is.
Turns out, this common presumption is actually wrong.
It is not the truth, and very few people ever find
it out. Basically, what the amateur never really
discovers, it that there are TWO factors determining
how a person looks, not ONE. These two factors are
referred to as NATURE and NURTURE by the experts.
NATURE is another word for "genetics", but NURTURE
turns out to refer to "growth". It turns out that a
persons growth is independent of his genetics, and it
is the combination of genetics AND growth that
actually causes a person's appearance, or "looks".
Now, why is this important? Well, it turns out that
the existence of this second factor, growth, is what
causes the existence of "God", and in the next few
paragraphs we will explain why.
Now, we all know that there is a genetic difference
between people, we don't need to prove that. A DNA
test can easily prove it. But how do you prove
there is a growth difference between people. How
is this growth difference measured?
Well, let us first of all point out what it is.

The curve is a standard Growth Curve for a human
being and can be found in any biology textbook.
The upper curve is the theoretical curve of full
growth, the lower curve is the curve of actual
average growth. This difference is referred to as
the difference between the Genotype (theoretical)
and the Phenotype, (actual). Now, the reason we
KNOW that such a difference exists, is because of
something called the Secular Trend which was
discovered about 75 years ago. The Secular Trend
is the discovery that the entire human race is
actually getting taller, heavier, and even more
intelligent with each passing generation, due
mainly to the rising world Standard of Living,
mainly Nutrition. You can find articles on the
Secular Trend in an Encyclopedia, or any Textbook

Anyway, the only reason the Secular Trend can
exist is if there is a difference between
the Genotype and the Phenotype, otherwise there
would be no room to grow. So, the "growth curve
deficit" (GCD) shown in the diagram has definitely
and absolutely been proven to exist. I am simply
the first one to point out that it causes the
scientific explanation of "God".
Now, how does the existence of this GCD (growth
curve deficit) cause the existence of "God"?
Well, the first thing that has to be pointed out
is that this GCD refers to an overall deficit
in the growth of the ENTIRE human body. Therefore,
naturally, it includes a growth deficit in the
size of the Human Brain. If you are say 15% short
of your full height and weight, your Brain is also
15% short of it's full size. And therein lies
the scientific explanation of "God". Simply put,
if 15% of your Brain is missing, you can only see
85% of Reality. Fact is, since there is no such
thing as a "fully grown" person, NO ONE can
actually see full reality! For instance, it is a
commonly know medical fact that Mental Retardation
is generally associated with various forms of
arrested brain growth. Since we all have less that
100 brain growth according to the Secular Trend,
this means that everyone of us is actually slightly
mentally retarded. Including you and me. Now, it
has been proven that Intelligence is related to
Mental Speed, and this relationship can actually be
measured scientifically. What it means is that the
Brain-GCD causes your brain to run slower than it
would if you were fully grown. It doesn't take a
genius to figure out that the subjective effect of
this is that it will make the World (reality) seem
to be running faster than it actually is. In short,
"true reality", the World, is not moving as fast as
it looks like it is. We know from experience that
a Mentally Retarded person is afraid to cross the
street in traffic because the cars seem to be moving
really fast, whereas to a normal person they don't
seem to be moving fast. It turns out, that we ALL
believe (see) the traffic moving faster than it
actually is, because we are moving (mentally) slower
than we should be.
O.K., how does this cause "God"? Well, if you
were
suddenly blinded, you would be in a state of panic
and great fear. Likewise, it turns out that the fact
that you can't actually see the real world causes
fear and anxiety, in some cases even panic. We all
experience it. And, we notice that some people, such
as 5-Star Generals, Presidents, CEO's, Sports Stars,
Race Car drivers etc., seem to be less afraid than the
average person. Of course, this is because they have
a smaller GCD than the average person. In fact,
sooner or later people get to believing that there
might be a super hero around somewhere who isn't
afraid of anything because he would be so powerful.
In the old days the King was an example of this.
Fact is, over the vast eons of time, Man has gotten
to calling such a mythological person, "God".
Therefore, "God" it turns out, is nothing more than
this mythological 100% grown person. And everybody
is looking for him.
So therefore, we see that "God" is not simply an
idea that somebody has made up, he actually is a
REAL PERSON. Problem is, he doesn't exist in the
flesh, because there is no fully grown person in
the world, and there never has been. The Secular
Trend tells us that someday there will be, but
surely at the rate the Secular Trend is moving,
this will be many thousands of years in the future.
Theologians by the way refer to his future date as
"Kingdom Come", which is the date at which all
people will finally become 100% grown. We will
all be God in the flesh at that point. So, if "God"
does not actually exist in the flesh, how can we
say he exists? If he is not in the flesh, where
is he?
It turns out, God is invisible because of the
foregoing explanation. Invisible, but REAL.
How can this be? Well, it turns out that the
15% of your brain that is missing (ungrown) is
not totally missing. In fact, there is no clear
dividing line between the grown and ungrown part
of the brain, the grown part simply tapers off
asymptotically into the ungrown part, and mental
function also tapers off asymptotically in the
same manner... in fact, this causes REALITY to
taper off gradually and asymptotically in the
same way. This means that part of the Mind
(say 15%) is only partially working, we call
this the "subconscious mind". Actually, it is
the scientific cause of what we call "God".
So "God" as we can see, is actually an "invisible
perfect person" living inside your brain. He is
not imaginary, and he is not an "idea", and it
doesn't matter whether you "believe" he is there
or not. Scientifically we know he is there, we
can measure it, we can observe how he influences
behavior and perception of reality, even if you
don't believe it. Whether you believe or don't
believe there is an "invisible God" controlling
REALITY makes no difference, science can easily
prove there is.
Finally, let me say something about Miracles and
the way "God" exerts his powers over us. Remember,
that the Brain controls REALITY, if 15% of your
brain is missing, you only see 85% of reality.
Turns out, that the Brain never completely stops
growing. It continues to grow throughout life
(dendrite expansion etc.). Naturally, any
transformation of ungrown brain into grown brain
is going to miraculously CHANGE REALITY. And,
it turns out that sometimes people suppress this
growth for a long time for one reason or another
(because they don't believe it's happening) and
then all of sudden some psychological event will
"trigger' all this pent up braingrowth to suddenly
come on line at once, and the person actually sees
a "miraculous" change in the World take place in
front of his eyes. There are many reports of this
in the Bible for instance, where most of it is
reported metaphorically.
OK, that's a simple primer on the SPOG which
has recently been discovered. You might want
to look at my website (URL below) if you want more
details. But let me point out here, that what
I have just said is only an explanation of "God"
it is not a proof. It turns out that all that
I have said above can be PROVEN, and this leads
us into Psychometry, Biology and even General
Relativity. Scientist will find this interesting,
but for the lay person, if you can grasp the
simple explanation above, you will be far far
ahead of most people when it comes to
understanding what God is.
